To make the unstable slope under this concrete bridge/overpass, soil nails and shotcrete were needed to create a safe working environment.
The creation of this temporary concrete/shotcrete retaining wall was the perfect application. Shoring like this can be used on commercial projects like this, as well as residential soil improvements.

This home needed extensive structural repair to the concrete foundation. It also needed the cement removed and replaced on the interior floors and the exterior driveway, patio, porch and sidewalks. Once all the concrete was removed, we were able to complete the soil excavation, to expose all the foundation cracks and bowing walls in the concrete foundation.

The landscaping on this lot was mostly flat so we were able to grade the soil and excavate without having to use a shotcrete temporary concrete retaining wall or a trench box. Once the excavation was complete we used a combination of foundation epoxy injection, waterproofing products and steel piering to fix the homes foundation.
