I had Alpine Companies restore my swimming pool and have used a few other of their services on rental properties and have always been very impressed

In the beginning I thought I could swap out my crawl space posts myself, bad idea. It was way harder than I could have ever imagined, and very dangerous!!! I found Alpine Companies on the Internet and I am so glad I did. They replaced all 6 of my posts, and even installed the new adjustable ones.

Alpine Companies completed our basement remodel, egress window conversions and landscaping project. Everything was completed on time and well within our budget. Thank you for your great work. Looking at your website I was concerned that my small project would be too small for you, but it wasn’t. I needed mud jacking under a deck, to raise a slab under a kitchen extension we built years ago. I also needed the garage floor raised and the walk in front of my front porch area. The bid was great and I hired Alpine. What amazed me was that Harold came by himself to make sure the job was done right and Jay and his crew was fantastic in both doing the job needed and the speed they did it. Like I said, it wasn’t a large job and I thought I’d have one guy show up, not the four or five guys that helped get it all done that fast and that professionally. I was selling my house but their inspector wanted the garage floor to drain and the driveway to be level with the garage, so I called Alpine, and they were happy to come out and mudjack for me without any problems. They did have to squeeze me in due to being so busy, but everything worked out great! Thanks.

I have been in Real Estate in Colorado for over 30 years, and worked with numerous contractors. I found Jay at Alpine Companies about 6 months ago and I could tell right away he really has a good crew and absolutely knows how to get the jobs done. The patio never looked better!

We hired several different local Denver Historical remodeling and roofing companies, to try and fix a leak that was funneling water into one of our offices. Needless to say none of them were successful in any of there attempts. I called Alpine and set up an estimate with Jay and within one week, they fixed the leak and remodeled a portion of the room that had water damage. Price was within our budget and their service was excellent

The Alpine workers could have left when they got to my house and we pulled the carpets back. I had no idea the concrete floor was in such poor condition. I’m so glad your guys stuck around and completed the concrete leveling, { at 10:30 PM } and it turned out better than ever. I just had Alpine Companies complete a crawl space conversion and then remodel the space. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jay and Harold kept me in the loop the entire time and always made time to answer my questions and concerns. The job took a little over 4 weeks, costs was right at $40,000.00 and was worth every penny.
